Inn Reservation and Booking Policies

When you book, we will ask you for a credit card number and expiry date to secure the booking. Guests must ensure that they provide the inn with accurate credit card details. In the event that the inn fails to collect the required deposit due to such inaccuracies, then the requested accommodation will not be secured and the inn will not be held responsible. We will only use this card in the event of a late cancellation.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation

A non-refundable deposit of the 1st night's room, including tax, will be charged 24 hours prior to arrival

The remaining balance will be taken at check-in

NO SHOW POLICY

If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check in (No Show): If you fail to check in at the inn, and you have not cancelled your booking, the inn will impose a "no show" charge. The "no show" charge will be the full price of the booking. All reservations require a credit card guarantee. If customers are paying by cash upon checking in, the credit card will not be charged. If the customers no-show for their reservations with no cancellation confirmation, their guarantee credit card payment will be charged per the above fees.

General inn Policies

Age Restriction

All Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied in the same room by a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking Policy

The entire building of Mawdsley is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking. A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy.

Pet Policy

In order to ensure the maximum comfort of other guests, pets are not allowed in Misty Mountain Inn & Suites.

Extra Person Charge

$20 plus taxes per person per night.
Maximum of 2 adults in a 1 Bedroom suite and 4 adults in a 2 Bedroom suite.
Children 18 years old and under stay free in a room accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-In is at 3:00 pm; Check-Out is at 11:00 am.
